Is this a “detox”?+
No — and that is the point. Your body is not full of toxins waiting to be flushed, and no food “cleanses” you. The liver and kidneys do that job continuously. This protocol is something more useful and more honest: a structured way to reduce the genuine dietary drivers of chronic low-grade inflammation, and a method to find the specific foods that do not agree with your body.
Will this cure my condition?+
No protocol cures a chronic condition — anywhere. What evidence-based anti-inflammatory eating can do is meaningfully lower the inflammatory inputs from diet and lifestyle, identify your personal trigger foods, and support whatever medical care you are also receiving. If your symptoms have a medical cause, this protocol works alongside a doctor, not instead of one.
Who is this for?+
Adults dealing with persistent low-grade symptoms — bloating, fatigue, joint discomfort, skin issues, food sensitivities — who want a real, structured approach instead of generic diet advice. It is also a strong fit for anyone with a diagnosed inflammatory condition who has been told “diet plays a role” and never been given a specific plan.
Who should not start without a doctor first?+
Anyone with a diagnosed autoimmune or inflammatory condition (RA, IBD, lupus), anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone on regular medication that can interact with diet (especially for diabetes), anyone with a history of disordered eating, and any child or teenager. These situations need medical supervision, and I will say so.
Is this online or in person?+
Both — choose whichever fits. Online via video is most common for clients outside Kolkata; in-person is available locally.
How is this different from the Anti-Inflammatory Reset manual?+
The manual is the same evidence-based framework, written so you can run it on your own. This coaching adapts it to your specific symptoms, history, kitchen and life — and gives you a coach in the conversation while you do it.
