We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Fitness With Technique Store. Your happiness is our highest priority. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.

RETURNS

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories.

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is faulty or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@fitnesswithtechnique.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price less the full stated price for delivery, using the original method of payment. The full stated original price for any promotional or free items included in the sale will also be deducted from the amount returned.

FORM OF REFUND

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder’s account (as is often the case with a gift), the return will be issued as a gift card.

EXCHANGES

With the original sales receipt, exchanges are accepted within the warranty period. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at hello@fitnesswithtechnique.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

SHIPPING THE RETURN

To expedite the handling of your return, please ensure that the Return Authorization Form is properly completed and included with your return. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of defective or damaged product(s). You may use the courier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.

CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER HAS SHIPPED

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs if the order is canceled after it ships. Fitness With Technique is not responsible if an order is not canceled by the customer in time. If an order needs to be canceled, it must be done within 48-hours after the order has been placed. Credit will be applied to the original payment method used once the product has been returned and has been inspected.

PRICING ERRORS

Fitness With Technique is not obligated to honor any price on our website that is in error. We will contact you and let you know the correct price and charge your account as per your request or credit your account in full. Fitness With Technique reserves the right to cancel without notice any free shipping offer at any time.
